This is a well-equipped property, clean, and located close enough to the main tourist areas of Plaza de Meyor, Sol and Gran Via and landmarks and the main museums and landmarks. The apartment is particularly good and marvellous, close to the city center. Staff are very very helpful and affable. There is a climate control, a balcony, and a living area, plus rooms are cozy, it's important.

Fairly clean property very close to the major museums and the metro, cercanias, train station, sulermarkets and city center on foot. An electric kettle, fridges, and an oven for cooking. Perfect setting in the central tourist area:)))

A peaceful and tranquil retreat in the heart of Madrid. Close to the Prado Museum, airport, and shopping at El Rastro. The staff speaks multiple languages and there's free WiFi. I also enjoyed exploring the natural beauty of El Retiro Park.

The neighbors had a great taste in music, but sadly I couldn't enjoy it 24/7.

Decent prices were a delight. The accommodation was romantic. The staff team was affable. The bed was dirty here nonetheless I greatly enjoyed the stay overall. It had a decent and unbeatable setting short walk to the main tourist areas, the city center and Reina Sofia museum...

Besides, the area was not great.

Nice, clean accommodation close to an underground station. Amiable staff, the best attitude. A shower, a hair dryer, and toiletries available. Situated in an exceptionally nice and perfect spot.

The equipped kitchen was a lifesaver during our stay at this centrally located apartment. It had everything we needed to whip up delicious meals just like we would in our own home. We felt like MasterChefs in Madrid!

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic. The location was perfect, with quiet surroundings but still within walking distance of the main tourist areas. We loved being able to experience the local culture and the apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The balconies provided a fantastic view of the city, and we appreciated the cozy bedrooms and comfortable beds. The check-in and check-out procedures were easy, and communication with the friendly staff was smooth. we had a great experience at Smartrental La Latina.

I had a fantastic view from the three balconies overlooking the city rooftops. The apartment was romantic and well equipped, even having an elevator. It had a perfect location, close to the metro, train station, supermarkets, and the city center. Plus, there was a cool 24-hour Carrefour just a 5-minute walk away.

That the kitchen could have been better stocked with basic amenities such as salt and pepper, oil, and cutting boards.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to the city center. The view from the balconies was also fantastic, providing a nice panoramic view of the surrounding area. the apartment was well-equipped and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The noise during the night, which could be attributed to either the nearby metro or people partying in the area. Another minor inconvenience was the occasional sewage smell.
